- Summarise village power experiences in China and Mongolia focusing on financial models used;
- Develop a business model based on an installed village power system in Mongolia;
- Implement the business model produced;
- Organise a regional workshop to disseminate lessons learning and study results.

- Increased sustainable development of village power across the region;
- Development of the village power business by identifying successful financial mechanisms and policy frameworks.
